RETURN POLICY

When you receive your item, check it as soon as possible and always before using it. You have 14 days to return your order under our 14-day return policy. It starts the day after you receive the item.
It's so simple: please follow the steps below (under "Returns" and "Refunds" sections). All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging as you received them. When you receive an item, please ensure that you take reasonable care of it,  when inspecting it. 

Wrong item received
We apologize if you received the wrong item by mistake. We would like to resolve it as soon as possible. To receive a refund or exchange, you must return the item in the same condition as you received it, within 14 days of receipt.

Damaged or defective items
Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged or defective item. We understand how frustrating this can be. We want to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
If you believe the item is defective, please contact us. You will need to let us know exactly what defect you have found as soon as possible. Then we will let you know the procedure to follow. Our return policy for defective items respects your legal rights. 

Item not received
We apologize if you did not receive your item. We would like to resolve it as soon as possible. To receive a refund or replacement, you must notify us that you did not receive your item within 21 days of the date you received an email from us confirming that the item was shipped.

To return your item
Contact us from your account, via our online message center or send us an email at support@lift-your-health.com. Provide our customer service with your order number and the item you are returning, as well as the reason for the return. 
We will then provide you with a unique return authorization number and confirm the address to which you should return the item. Please pack this item securely and include your order number, name and address in the package.
Please obtain a proof of shipment when you send us your item. Proof of shipment does not cost anything, however, without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit.
If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process the refund in the same manner as the original payment used to purchase the item. Any item you have accepted and returned is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure that you return your item to us via a delivery service that insures the contents of your package for the value of the goods. 

We will then do so: all products returned to us are verified by our returns department. If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price of your item. Returns are generally processed within 7 business days of receipt of a cancelled order, and no later than 30 days after receipt. We will refund you via the original payment method used to purchase the item. 

Return of replacement products
If an item you ordered is found to be defective and we have replaced it, you have the right to cancel your order for the replacement product within 7 business days from the date you received the replacement item. Alternatively, you have the right to receive a refund in such circumstances.

Returned item charges
Please note that we can only refund the shipping cost of returning an item if: 

  • we sent you the wrong item,
  • the item is damaged or defective, or
  • you are returning a replacement item that you do not wish to keep.

We will not refund shipping costs incurred for items in good condition. The cost of shipping the item back to you will depend on the condition of the item. You will be notified of the cost after the testing process is complete.

Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the way we handled the return or replacement of an item, we apologize. We would like to resolve this issue.

When you purchase our Program you will be automatically charged every period and you will continue to receive new updated meal plans and workout programs for the time that you choose to remain a client. To cancel your subscription simply send us an email at support@lift-your-health.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
