Minutes after waking up is crucial to start your body and its functions properly. It is in that time that your body give thee mind directions for thee day. Immediately after waking up, drink a glass of water that contains lime juice, ginger water and salt.

This combination has a couple of benefits:

  • wakes you up immediately

A glass of water with lime juice, ginger water & salt

Ingredients

  • Fresh lime juice 
  • Ginger juice
    Prepare yourself: cook some fresh ginger slices for 10 minutes in some water.
    Store in the fridge (last up to one week). 
  • Salt
    (preferably Himalayan salt (colored salt). Himalayan salt contains more minerals. But white salt works too.

Needed

1 glass

Prepare

Put in a glass:
1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon ginger juice
1 water, minimum. 200 ml (6.7 fluid ounces) 1/4 teaspoon salt.
