LOW CALORIE BLACKBERRY GLAZE

Ingredients 

  • 2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup blackberries
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • LYH PERFECT STEVIA to taste

DEPENDING ON YOUR CHOICE 

  • 2 - 4 oz (85g) tilapia fish  or chicken,  breast filet

Directions

1. Place blackberries and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan.

2. Bring to a boil for 10min.

3. Reduce to low heat and let simmer for another 10 minutes, until half of the liquid is cooked off and it coats the back of a spoon.

4. Add lemon zest andLYH PERFECT STEVIA to taste.  sauce is ready, put it aside.

5. place on the grill tilapia or chicken for 4-5 minutes per side or when properly cook. Place in a plate

6. Add the Black berry balsamic Glaze on top
