With this easy tip your fresh herbs will stay fresh. 

  1. Clean the fresh herbs if necessary and leave them to dry so most of the water is dried up
  2. Chop them as fine or course as you like
  3. Get a clean weckpot an put a couple of sheets of kitchen paper on the bottom in the pot
  4. Put the herbs in the pot (herbs should not be moist)
  5. Get some cling film and put it on the weckpot. 
  6. Close the weckpot with its lid and store in the refrigerator.
