ROSEMARY MARINATE SAUCE

INGREDIENTS

  • tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary, crumbled, or 2tsp fresh, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • This sauce goes very good with 4 6 oz (170G) salmon steak

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F (176 Celsius)
    2. Combine all ingredients, except salmon, in a bowl. Add pepper to taste.
    3. Pour the mixture into the bottom of a small baking dish.
    4. Add salmon steaks and turn to coat. Marinate15minutes.
    5. Wrap each steak in aluminum foil, and bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees F (170 Celsius).

    Suitable for:  fish specially salmon.
