LOW FAT CREAMY DRESSING

Creamy dressings are not anyone's enemy when done right. This low fat creamy dressing will allow you to add extra flavor and stay on track building longevity and longterm wellness habits. 

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slice cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery, finely sliced 
  • 1/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup skim milk
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar 
  • 2 tbsp. poppy seeds
  • This sauce goes very good with 8 oz (225G) cooked skinless turkey or chicken breast.

 

DIRECTIONS

 

  • Combine mayonnaise, skim milk, apple cider vinegar, and poppy seeds in a bowl and set aside.
  • Slice cucumbers and celery; toss together with turkey or chicken
  • Drizzle salad dressing over the top and toss to coat.

    Suitable for:  Skinless chicken or turkey breast
