- 2 cups balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 tsp lemon zest

Directions
1. Place blackberries and balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan.
2. Bring to a boil for 10min.
3. Reduce to low heat and let simmer for another 10 minutes, until half of the liquid is cooked off and it coats the back of a spoon.

5. place on the grill tilapia or chicken for 4-5 minutes per side or when properly cook. Place in a plate
