Refreshing low calorie greek sauce to keep guilt away from your plate and right on track with your wellness and longevity goals. An easy way to add flavor to your salads or proteins!
INGREDIENTS
4 diced tomatoes
½ 1 cup crumbled low-fat Feta cheese
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp rosemary
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
2 juiced lemons
Black pepper
1/2 cup black olives
This sauce goes very good with 4- 6 oz (170g) chicken breasts
DIRECTIONS
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, pepper, and lemon juice.
Cut the chicken into strips.Place the chicken strips, olives, and diced tomatoes in the olive oil mixture. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (170celcius)
Place chicken mixture in aluminum foil and, creating a pocket, add some of the marinade to keep it moist.
Cook for about 30minutes.
IF allow in your diet Sprinkle with feta cheese before serving.
