TWO TRICK TO SLEEP DEEPER AND PERFORM BETTER

TWO TRICK TO SLEEP DEEPER AND PERFORM BETTER

There's only a few things us humans can't go without. Sleep being one of the most important ones!

Giving attention to the time you spend on your trainings is as important as giving attention to the time spending outside the gym.

The results of your trainings are created outside the gym,  when your body recovers from your trainings. Sleep is extremely important for recovery and there is no substitute for good sleep. That’s why you should get your 7 - 9 hours of sleep for recovery from your trainings.

When you go to bed late and do not sleep more than six hours per night, you give away a lot of progress in the long term. The idea of good sleep is to be asleep within 10 minutes after the lights go out and to wake up energized. However this sounds easy, it’s not for every one. Unfortunately nowadays we are surrounded from a lot of stress and anxiety and distractions.

We advise to take magnesium before bed, It will make you fall asleep faster and you will sleep deeper. Other supplements such as inositol are crucial, depending on the case, to improve sleep quickly.

Let’s dive in

Magnesium

Magnesium is an important mineral that is necessary for overall health. It’s one of the most common minerals on earth and present in many foods .

The benefits are numerous and range from fighting inflammation and lowering blood pressure to improving sleep.

Every cell and organ needs this mineral to function properly. It contributes to bone health, as well as proper brain, heart and muscle function. Magnesium supplements have been linked to a number of benefits, including fighting inflammation, relieving constipation and lowering blood pressure. In addition, magnesium may help treat sleep problems.

Unfortunately we don’t consumer enough nowadays

Inositol (Vitamin B8)

Inositol provides a host of benefits. The main function of Inositol is the transportation of fat to various parts of the body. Thus, it plays a crucial role in the development of muscles and tissues.

Inositol is often used in conjunction with other ingredients to provide better muscle development, brain functioning and weight loss. When taken in the right amounts, Inositol powder can prevent the accumulation of fat molecules in certain parts of the body.

Inositol s a simple carbohydrate, but cannot be labeled as sugar due to its content of B-Vitamins.

Inositol is naturally present in foods such as fruits, beans, grains and nuts. Your body can also produce inositol from the carbohydrates you eat. However, the percentage of Inositol contained in these sources may not be enough to provide the desired results.

Research suggests that supplementation with inositol may have numerous health benefits. This is one reason why health supplements containing Inositol have become immensely popular over the years.

Inositol & sports:

Inositol:

  • helps regulate anxiety levels and improve sleep quality by acting on the transmission of nerve impulses
  • helps maintain mental well-being (so important for training and reaching your goals)
  • leads to cellular regulation
  • regulates the transport of calcium (is extremely important for muscle contraction)
  • regulates the response to glucose (is important as fuel for muscles)

In summary, combine magnesium and Inositol and you will see how your sleep and health quality improve significantly.

Take care not to exceed the recommended dosage (see table below).

To get the best results ensure that you are getting the product from reliable sources.
