LOW FAT BANANA CAKE

Banana cake is an easy and timeless recipe to satisfy a sweet tooth or have a piece of dessert for breakfast with a nice coffee. Either way there is no guilt or processed sugar behind this recipe. Allowing you to keep your self investments moving in the right direction towards longterm wellness and longevity. 

Ingredients

Cake

  • 3 scoops LYH PERFECT MEAL chocolate flavour
  • 1-1/2 bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1/4 cup strawberries, diced 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats Cinnamon to taste (optional)

 

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 F (175 C).

2. Mix all ingredients together. (Depending on consistency, add in more egg whites for a thinner batter or more LYH PERFECT MEAL chocolate flavour for added thickness).

3. Spray loaf pan with PAM. Pour in the mixture.

4. Bake 30-40 minutes, or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
